That Ram Canada Inc. warrants the products against defective material and faulty workmanship for a period of one year after invoice date. Also warrants the finish to meet quality standards at the time of delivery. Due to environmental conditions beyond Ram Canada’s control, we cannot guarantee the original appearance over a stated period of time.
That Ram Canada’s liability under this warranty will be solely that of replacing the defective parts and does not apply to faulty product operation due to improper use of other than our approved keys, parts and accessories, or failure to provide normal maintenance.
Ram Canada Inc., its Sub Contractors and the Municipality are not responsible to the building owner(s) for the system’s performance, for any damage or inconvenience that may arise from the malfunction or the improper use of the system during an emergency intervention or be liable, in any event, of indirect or consequential damage.
The Municipality doses not guarantee to anyone the continuance of this system over and beyond the term of the agreement between Ram Canada and the Municipality nor in any way that the vehicles equipped with the RAM system will be serving the complete area of the Municipality.
There are no other warranties which extend beyond the expressed warranties made above, whether expressed, implied, merchant ability or otherwise are made in connection with Ram Canada Products, its sub contractors or the municipality.
Certain products require an annual $75 + taxes servicing/liscencing fee and are payable annually.
